Haramain Train Policy

Welcome to UmrahBooking Haramain Train

These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and secure travel experience. They set out the responsibilities, rights, and guidelines for both UmrahBooking and our passengers when booking and traveling on the Haramain Train through our platform.

By confirming a booking with UmrahBooking Haramain Train, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We kindly encourage you to read them carefully, as they include important details about your journey, ticket usage, changes, cancellations, and refund policies.

Our mission is to make your travel between the holy sites convenient, reliable, and worry-free — allowing you to focus on the true purpose of your pilgrimage.

Conditions of Travel

Automatic Seat Assignment

Seats for your journey are automatically assigned by the train provider (Haramain Train). Please note that seat preferences cannot be modified or changed at this time.

Non-Refundable

All tickets are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

No Changes

No changes or modifications are allowed after booking. This includes travel dates, departure times, or passenger details.

Non-Transferable

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the original passenger(s) listed at the time of booking.

Baggage Policy

  • One travel bag: 55 cm (L) x 35 cm (W) x 65 cm (H), up to 25 kg
  • One handbag: up to 7 kg
Excess baggage may be shipped separately with additional fees through SPL.

UmrahBooking acts solely as a booking facilitator for the Haramain Train and is not the operator of the railway service. The responsibility for train operations, schedules, delays, cancellations, seating, baggage handling, and onboard services lies entirely with Haramain High-Speed Railway.

UmrahBooking shall not be held liable for:

  • Train delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by the operator.
  • Service disruptions or technical issues related to the train journey.
  • Loss, damage, or delay of baggage.
  • Any personal injury, loss, or inconvenience incurred during travel.
By booking through UmrahBooking Haramain Train, you acknowledge and accept that your travel is subject to the operational policies and regulations of the Haramain Train provider.
